TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Scope of Services: Above The Rest Window Cleaning provides residential and commercial window‑cleaning services, including interior and exterior glass cleaning, screen cleaning, and related services as agreed upon at the time of scheduling.

2. Customer Responsibilities: The customer must ensure safe and clear access to all windows scheduled for cleaning. The customer is responsible for securing pets, valuables, and fragile items prior to service. The customer must notify the company of any pre‑existing damage, loose fixtures, or structural issues that may affect service.

3. Liability for Damages: Above The Rest Window Cleaning takes great care during all services; however, the company is not responsible for: Pre‑existing damage to windows, screens, frames, seals, tracks, or surrounding structures. Damage resulting from faulty, aged, or improperly installed windows, screens, or hardware. Damage caused by unstable surfaces, deteriorated materials, or hazardous conditions on the property. Any issues arising from the customer’s failure to disclose known defects or vulnerabilities. If accidental damage occurs due to technician negligence, the company will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution at its discretion.

4. Service Limitations: Services may be postponed or modified due to unsafe weather conditions or hazardous work environments. Certain stains, hard water buildup, paint, adhesives, or mineral deposits may not be fully removable. The company does not guarantee results on windows with permanent etching, scratches, or glass defects.

5. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or unpaid balances may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Same‑day cancellations may incur a fee.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee: If the customer is not satisfied with the service, they must notify the company within 24 hours so that reasonable adjustments can be made.

8. Data: We are not responsible for unauthorized use of data or information beyond our systems, and we maintain strict practices to keep your information secure.

9. Acceptance of Terms: By scheduling or receiving services from Above The Rest Window Cleaning, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
